Ingredients:
* 1/2 Kg Chicken (Chopped)
* 15 Green Chillies
* 2 Capsicum (Medium)
* Chilli Sauce/Paste
* Soya Sauce - 2 Tablespoon
* Cornflour - 2 Teaspoon
* Curry Leaves
* Turmeric Powder
* Salt
Procedure:
#1. In one tbsp of oil, fry the capsicum for 2 mins in a pan.
#2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in other pan. Add curry leaves & green chillies, close the lid for a minute.
#3. Add chopped chicken & saute it. Add chilli sauce/paste, salt, turmeric powder.
#4. Cook until the chicken becomes tender.
#5. Add fried capsicum to the chicken. After 2 mins add soya souce.
#6. Eventually add cornflour mixed with water. To garnish add fried cashews, fried garlic and coriander leaves.
