Hi Guys..

I'm beginner in this area of cooking..

I din't even think jelabi was so easy to make in home that too with few ingridents totally in a different style..

Guys don't bother about the shapes.. coz my shapes of jelabi is not so good.

But u can try to bring it into a good shape.

Prune Bread
















Ingredients:

* Flour - 2 Cups + 2 Tbsp
* Sugar - 2/3 Cup
* Baking Powder - 2.5 Tbsp
* Egg - 2 Nos.
* Milk - 1 Cup
* Prunes - 1/2 Cup
* Ajwain Seeds - 1.5 Tbsp
* Butter - 5.5 Tbsp
* Salt - 1/2 Tbsp
* Parchment Paper

Pre-Requisite:

Preheat the Owen to 350 degrees
Use Parchment paper in the owen pan, to avoid bread getting sticked to the pan.

Procedure:

#1. Melt butter in the first bowl, in Microwave.

#2. Mix all the above dry ingredients in the second bowl. Add even Prunes and Ajwain seeds. Mix it using hands.

#3. Using measuring cup, mix milk and 2 eggs to the second bowl containing the dry ingredients.

#4. Eventually pour butter (from the first bowl) to the above mixture. Bake in owen for 50-60 minutes.
