Pav Bhaji



Pav Bhaji..

Its basically a North Indian dish.. which will be very tasty, we can say it as a rich dish too as we add more butter to make it more tastier.

Since we add lot of vegetables to this it's a healthy snack for childrens.

Here is the recipe

Ingredients:

Any kind of vegetables like

Potatoes-1 cup

Cauliflower-1 cup

Beans-1 cup

Carrot-1 cup

Peas- 1 cup

Cabbage-1 cup

Butter -1/2 stick

Cumin seeds- 1 tsp

Ginger-Garlic Paste- 1.5 tsp

Onion -2

tomato-2

coriandeer powder-1.5 tbsp

cumin powder-1 tbsp

Amchur powder -optional

Chillie powder-1.5 tbsp

Salt

Pav Bhaji Masala - 2tbsp

Procedure

Steam all the Vegetables in a pressure cooker for 10 min by adding half a glass water and keep it aside.

In a pan add butter, cumin, onionsaute till golden brown,then add ginger garlic paste,tur powd,tomato, saute it,later add cori pow,cumin powd, chillie powd, aamchur powd,salt,pav bhaji masala powd. Fry this till oil separates, if it is too dry u can add little bit water from cooked vegetables.

Now smash the cooked vegetables and add to the well cooked spices.Saute for 10 mins, Later add few drops of Lemon juice .

Garnish with cilantro and Onion.
